By accessing or using Emoovo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Using Emoovo

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Emoovo, and you agree to provide accurate information when creating listings, requests, or a wallet.

2. Listings & Requests

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details before purchasing.

3. Escrow & Payments

Where escrow is used, funds are held until both parties confirm the transaction is complete, per the escrow flow described in-app.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, counterfeit goods, harassment, and off-platform payment requests that bypass escrow protections are prohibited.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.
